  • Consent: You consent to receive automated text messages at the phone number provided, including appointment reminders, service notifications, and payment reminders.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service schedule and account activity.
  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
  • Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly.
  • Carriers: Supported carriers include major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send unsolicited or unauthorized messages (spam)
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Services

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCOOPPRO CRM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScoopPro CRM and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
